Who we are
External Wall Insulation is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group, a Birmingham-based construction and property group that grew from a glazing business. We insulate, render and clad homes and low-rise buildings across the UK, and your contract is with the company named on your quote.
How we work

- Certified systems from established manufacturers, with the system's certificate reference on your quote.
- Photographs of every hidden layer, so you can see what is behind the finish.
- Building control arranged as part of the job.
- Guide prices published online, so you can judge a quote before you book.
What we don't claim
We don't display trade scheme logos, invented reviews or star ratings. Reviews will appear here once real customers leave them. If your project needs a particular certification, for example for a funding scheme, ask us and we will confirm the position in writing before you book.
Where we work
England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Remote and island work is by arrangement. Each local page sets out the planning, building and funding rules for that nation.
